Scan All Terms of Use

1. Agreement & License Grant

By installing, accessing, or using Scan All (“the App”) provided by PMC Labs, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please uninstall and discontinue use of the App immediately.

PMC Labs grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use Scan All on Android devices that you own or control, strictly in accordance with these Terms.

2. Acceptable Use & Anti-Scam Policy

To protect end-users and maintain a secure mobile ecosystem, you agree to comply with our Acceptable Use standards:

• No Phishing or Fraud: You must NOT use Scan All to generate deceptive, spoofed, fraudulent, or malicious QR codes intended to harm, mislead, or steal credentials from individuals or organizations.
• Authorized Content Only: You represent and warrant that you own or have lawful authorization to link to the profiles, websites, Wi-Fi networks, and social media handles you encode.
• No Reverse Engineering: You may not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code, neural models, or brand vector assets from the App without written authorization from PMC Labs.
• No Malicious Payloads: You must not encode exploit payloads, binary injection vectors, or automated dialing commands intended to bypass user confirmation.

3. Brand Authenticity & Safeguards

Scan All includes automated, on-device Anti-Scam safeguards that disallow attaching verified third-party brand badges (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Gmail, LinkedIn, TikTok, WhatsApp) to unverified or mismatching destination domains.

Any attempt to bypass, tamper with, or circumvent these domain integrity checks through modified application builds is a material violation of this License and may result in immediate revocation of your right to use the software.

4. Disclaimer & External Verification

Scan All is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied.

PMC Labs does not endorse, verify the safety of, or assume responsibility for external content, third-party websites, or Wi-Fi networks encoded in scanned QR codes or barcodes. Users are strongly advised to review parsed URLs before opening links in their device web browser.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PMC Labs and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App, or from accessing third-party websites or services linked via scanned codes.

6. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

Scan All, its logo, user interface designs, custom iconography, animations, and source code are the exclusive intellectual property of PMC Labs © 2026. All rights reserved.

Third-party brand names, company marks, and service logos (including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, WhatsApp, Telegram, LinkedIn, Gmail, Google, GitHub, Discord, Spotify, Threads, and Reddit) are the registered trademarks of their respective owners. Their inclusion in Scan All is strictly for contextual identification and anti-counterfeiting verification under fair use principles.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms as our features evolve. Any updates will be reflected on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of Scan All following updates constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
